There's a hidden area at the top of the screen so jump up and over off-screen and you'll find a trail of coins that leads to a hidden pipe! It's not necessary to use the Propeller Suit for this as pictured below because you can jump with Yoshi's flutter instead which might be easier as you can find Yoshi in a question block a short distance before the path leading to the secret exit.
